Reel Refund

Make a short reel of LidPulse on your Mac, post it, and earn back up to 100% of your purchase price based on how the reel performs. This program is separate from our standard 14-day refund — you can use one or the other, not both.

Refund tiers

Based on engagement within 14 days of posting the reel.

How to participate

1. Buy LidPulse for $4.99 from the pricing page.
2. Record a reel showing LidPulse running on your Mac (see the rules below).
3. Post the reel on TikTok or Instagram. Tag @lidpulse or mention lidpulse.com in the caption, and add the #lidpulse hashtag.
4. Submit within 14 days of your purchase: email support@lidpulse.com with the public reel URL and your Paddle order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email).

What counts as a valid reel

• Must clearly show the LidPulse app running — either the menu-bar icon, the sound list, or the lid-open moment with audio.
• Minimum length: 10 seconds.
• Must be original content created by you. No reposts, stitches of someone else's footage, or AI-generated videos.
• Must be publicly viewable for the full 14-day measurement window. Private, deleted, or restricted reels do not qualify.
• Caption must include @lidpulse (or lidpulse.com) and the #lidpulse hashtag.
• No misleading, defamatory, or disparaging content about LidPulse, MayOs, or any third party.

How we measure

We check your reel's view and like count 14 days after the post date using whichever metric is publicly displayed by TikTok or Instagram. The higher of the two thresholds (views or likes) wins — you do not need to hit both. Tie-breaks favor the customer.

How long the refund takes

Once your submission is verified, we process the refund through Paddle within 7 business days. The credit appears on your original payment method 5–10 business days later, depending on your bank.

Limits & fine print

• One refund per customer, per Paddle order. Multiple reels for the same purchase do not stack.
• You keep your LidPulse license after the refund — we do not deactivate keys earned through the Reel Refund program.
• If you also request a standard 14-day refund, that voids your eligibility for this program.
• We reserve the right to reject submissions that violate these terms, appear to use bought views/engagement, or otherwise act in bad faith.
• This program is offered at our discretion and may change or end at any time. Submissions made before any change will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of submission.
